REVIVAL PACKAGE FOR BSNL:

Telecom is a strategic sector. Presence of BSNL in telecom market acts as a market balancer. BSNL plays a crucial role in expansion of telecom services in rural areas, development of indigenous technology and disaster relief. To make BSNL financially viable, the Union Cabinet chaired by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji approved the revival package on 27.07.2022 for BSNL amounting to Rs 1.64 Lakh Crore.

Revival measures approved by the Union Cabinet focus on infusing fresh capital for upgrading BSNL services, allocating spectrum, de-stressing its balance sheet, and augmenting its fiber network by merging Bharat Broadband Nigam Limited (BBNL) with BSNL.

AIBSNLEA is the only Association taken up the issue of Viability Gap Funding for Rural Wire line to the tune of Rs.13789 Crore from 2014-15 to 2019-20 with MOC, Secretary(T), Member (Finance) and through Hon'ble MP Shri. Shanmugam ji from 2019-20 onwards and written so many letters in this regard for the past 3 years. Our CHQ team led by the then GS Com. S.Sivakumar and Com. Rajpal Sharma, present CHQ President met Secretary(T), Member (Finance), DDG (PM), other Senior DOT Officers and MPs several times and insisted to release the Rs.13789 Cr. Our former GS Com. Sivakumar insisted in the AUAB meeting on 01.07.2021 to include the demand as a Prime demand and AUAB  included also. Ex GS presented the detailed report to the CMD and Board of Directors on 02.07.2021 in the meeting with AUAB. Former GS Com. Sivakumar, Present GS Com. In the 7th AIC Key Note Address also Former GS demanded from the Govt to release the BSNL dues and requested the Chief Guest Hon'ble MP to take up the issue with the MOC & GoI. Now due to consistent and continuous presentations by the CMD BSNL and the efforts of AIBSNLEA the old outstanding dues of BSNL to the tune of Rs.13789 Crore have been included in the revival package and approved by the Union Cabinet. CS, Com. Abhishek Jain and DS Co, Com. Harish Kumar Saini has been done courtesy meeting with CGM, Sh. Sandeep Govil Ji. We have discussed the telecom services in abroad as rescpect of our country. He has explain that technology wise services are same like 4G,FTTH etc.

CGM Sir receive a call from Mr. Shah insurance agent of NIC in the meeting. After talk with Mr. Shah ,CGM Sir tell us how he follow my policy renewal before the expiry date and provide the prominent services at the time of claim. He has providing these services to him since 2004. This type of attitude and sincerity must be required in our officer's for outdoor and FTTH services. Officer's should be followup the faults from cluster partner and TIP. Which will improve our services.

We have requested for reliving of those executives who had transferred but still order is not implemented. He tell us order will be implement in true spirit and soon officer's will be relieve. Some transfer orders are also discuss and we emphasis on rotation transfer in SSA so every officer's should be know the work of each section. CGM Sir agree with our point and tell us that he will look into this matter.

Circle Secretary,Com. Abhishek Jain met Shri Akhilesh Agarwal Ji,GM(HR&Admin) to discuss the transfer of those executives whose's request has not been considered by management in transfer order after completion of tenure period.GM(HR&Admin) ensured us for earliest implement the request.

Circle Secretary , Com. Abhishek Jain and District Secretary Co, Com. Harish Saini met Shri Sandeep Govil Ji,CGMT,Rajasthan and discussed the transfers order issued by management on dated 4.05.2022.We expressed our resentment about these order in which exceutives was transfer in zig zag manner and long stay particulars are not implemeted by management.

CGM Sir say that in this order those executives transfers was consider who had applied in OTP. Further he say us that those executives who had applied in OTP and have completed there tenure period in respective SSAs but they have not got transfer. Those executives transfer are also considering by management and it will be implemented as per rules very soon.

We have raised the battery backup issue in field unit because massive power cut are doing by state government. In this power crisis and no battery backup in many exchanges it is very difficult to maintain the services by field unit because maximum batteries have life expired. So exchanges down time increases drastically. In this situation executives do their best efforts to maintain the services through generator but they have not able to maintain it for long time because they have not got temporary advance in the pocket to buy diesel for generator. Sir, in these circumtances it is very hard to maintain the services.

CGM Sir tell us soon batteries will be supplied to field unit and funds shall be release by corporate office to circles in next week to maintain the services.

We praised his leadership to bring Rajasthan circle in lead position for revenue collection. We hope in his dynamic leadership BSNL will be number one company in mobile services in future.

BSNL ALTTC Ghaziabad, issued detailed guidelines regarding implementation of Revised Syllabus and Pattern for Upgradation Training under Executive Promotion policy (EPP).

As per new Pattern, Executives of Telecom, Finance, Civil & Electrical Streams need to undergo 05 Days offline training of Core/technical Module at Training Centres and appear for Exam on the last day of the training i.e. 5th Day.

 Syllabus and Pattern for CSS, CSSS/PA/PS, Telecom Factory, Hindi Adhikari and Architect Streams have not been changed, hence need not to attend offline training and they will appear directly in the Exam as per existing practice.

Day Long Dharna observed successfully across Rajasthan Circle:

Congratulations to one and all for making the first program of Dharna on 22.12.2021 a huge success.

In many places, the participation was overwhelming,showing the anger against the management for denying the rightful Promotions and Pay scales. The message is very clear, management cannot suppress the Executives further and their demands for Time Bound Promotions, E2 and E3 pay scales for JAO/JTO and AO/SDE equivalent grades, DGM and AGM Regular Promotions in all streams cannot be delayed further. The Executives are united, determined now and the peaceful agitation launched by the Forum will continue till all our demands are met.

The Dharna program becomes a big success due to the determination and commitment of the Executives and the united efforts of Forum of BSNL Executives Associations.

7th Circle Conference of AIBSNLEA Rajasthan Circle was organized in a grand manner on 05th Sep 2021 at the Conference Hall of Hotel Vesta Maurya Palace at Jaipur.

The Conference started with hoisting of Association Flag by Com.Sivakumar, GS AIBSNLEA with thundering slogans.

The Open Session of the Circle Conference was attended by Com.S.Sivakumar GS, AIBSNLEA Com. Prahlad Rai Chairman CHQ,  Com Bhagwan Singh AGS (HQ), Com.Rajpal AGS (F), Com.Devesh Sharma Org.Secy.(North), Com. R.N. Chabbra FS, Com. M.K. Morodia, Advisor and Com. Rajesh Pathak Advisor from AIBSNLEA CHQ side . Shri Sandeep Govil, CGMT, Rajasthan was the Chief Guest & Shri R.D.Meena, Sr. GM(F) Rajasthan Circle attended the Open Session as Guest of Honour.

He narrated the history of the formation of AIBSNLEA and its role in the better Policy formulation like Executive Promotion Policy, BSNL MSRR etc., due to which a large number of BSNL Executives have promoted to the level of DGM. Com. He also briefed about  the extensive efforts taken by the AIBSNLEA in issuing 14000 Mega Promotions in BSNL despite the conflict of BSNLMS RR and CPSU cadre hierarchy.  He congratulated AIBSNLEA Rajasthan Circle for the successful conduction of the open session. He also raised the issue of long pending medical bill payment of BSNL Pensioners.

Shri R.D.Meena Sr. GM (Finance) Rajasthan Circle informed that the Annual Salary expenditure is 7000 Crore which is One Third of  Annual Total revenue. He suggested that enhancing the revenue of the BSNL for the better future/ survival of the Company as we have only 6% Market Share is in Rural Segment. He stressed upon to improve the quality of Service and revenue growth on top most priority. He informed that BSNL needs Investments at this juncture. He congratulated AIBSNLEA Rajasthan Circle for the success of the open session with a hope of good deliberations.

Shri Sivakumar, GS AIBSNLEA in his address extended his sincere thanks to the Rajasthan Circle Comrades for giving opportunity to address the Open Session of the 7th Circle Conference. He elaborated about the Restructuring/ Man Power Plan, Financial Status/Revival of BSNL, timely payment of Salary, Status of Promotions, AUAB meeting and other burning issues as detailed below:

He mentioned that due to continuous and consistent efforts of AIBSNLEA 3697 JTO(T)s were promoted as SDE (T) under 67% SCF quota. AIBSNLEA also demanding the Management for the immediate conduct ion of LDCE under 33% quota for the VY 2011-12 onwards and LICE for CSS Cadre in BSNL CO from the VY 2015 onwards (Asst.Manager to Dy Manager).

He explained that how AIBSNLEA continuously fighting and demanding to finalize the SDE (T) Seniority list No 9 in pursuance to the judgment of Honble CAT Chandigarh, HC of Punjab & Haryana and the Honble Supreme Court of India i.e. on the basis of �Date of Joining� as applied in the case of list No 6, 7 & 8 for the past 18 months.  Finally AIBSNLEA achieved in getting Speaking Order in favour of Date of Joining.

He further  mentioned that GS AIBSNLEA & CHQ Team made presentation before the CMD BSNL, Director (HR) and all the Members of High Power Committee regarding Manpower Plan & Restructuring during Feb. and March 2021. BSNL Management appreciated our concern and assured to look into our suggestions/ inputs. He mentioned that earlier CAO and DGM (Engg) Posts were provisioned very less vide the Restructuring letter dated 27.08.2020. As per the AIBSNLEA views and suggestions vide our letter dated 18.02.2021 & 19.02.2021 followed by detailed discussions with all the Committee Members the CAOs and DGM (Engg) posts are increased in the Op Area offices. However as per the Restg Cell letter dated 28.06.2021, the CAO posts are increased but AO & JAO posts are withdrawn.

He explained about the presentation and Comments/Views/ Suggestions given by GS, AIBSNLEA regarding Man Power Norms before the CMD BSNL, the Board of Directors and Senior Officers in the AUAB Agenda Meeting held on 02.07.2021. On the basis of the discussion we submitted our views, suggestions and justifications regarding Restructuring and Manpower Norms  to the Management vide AIBSNLEA letter dated 06.07.2021  and AIBSNLEA is holding discussions continuously with the  High Power Committee Members. Restg Cell has drastically reduced the Posts of JTOs, JAOs and AOs as against the working strength and it is an Arbitrary and unjustified decision. Lateral entry in Group B (JTO) posts are drastically reduced which is not helpful for operational activity. JTO is the Feeder cadre of the Telecom Wing and Main Promotion cadre from JEs. The present working strength of JTO(T) is 14,536 but it has been reduced to 11,283. This will impact on the field activities and later on BSNL Services.

JAO is the Feeder cadre of the Finance Wing and Main Promotion cadre of Clerical/Sr. Accountant Cadres etc. The present working strength of JAO is 2,351 but it has been reduced to 1,890. Likewise the present working strength of AOs is 1,961 but it has also been reduced to 1,547.

Now, for the span off control, considering SDE/JTOs and AO/JAOs as equivalent cadres, which is not justified and this will be reverse of Pyramid Structure and such Organization will fail in long run as no Promotional Avenues will be available. He further mentioned that the reduction of Telecom Eng/Finance and other Wing Posts in the proposed New Man Power Norms in Chennai TD, Kolkatta TD, All Maintenance and Project Regions (Core Network-TX), Mobile Billing Zones, Operating  Area Offices, BA Offices, Circle Offices and Corporate Office has strongly protested by the  AIBSNLEA and AIBSNLEA insisted the pyramid structure to be maintained in the ratio of 1:4:4 (DE/CAO: SDE/AO: JTO/JAO & equivalents).

He mentioned that due to dip in revenue collections during April & May 2021 and in view of the payment of Statutory dues, EB Bills, quarterly repayment of loan amount of about Rs.970 Crore, the payment of Salary for the month of May is badly delayed. Even though we are requesting the Management to disburse the salary every month on the due date, but the BSNL Management is disbursing the Salary after 20th of the following month for the past 18 months. He told that the issue of timely payment of Salary has been taken up by AUAB with the Management.

Launching of 4G is badly delayed due to non-consideration of BSNL Global Tender towards the purchase of 57000 4G Equipments by the Empowered Technology Group (ETG) in the name of �Atamnirbhar Bharat�and the Indigenous 4G Tender (EoI) on PoC basis as recommended by the ETG has also been opened on 20.6.2021 and instructions issued to the Field Units in this regard on 30.6.2021. It is quite unfortunate that the proposal for up gradation of 18,000 BTSs supplied by M/s Nokia for West and South Zones with an estimated cost of Rs.550 Cr has not been approved by the BSNL Board Meeting held on 23.07.2021. It is second time that the up gradation proposal was turned down by the BSNL Board. It is a major setback for BSNL Revival plan and the 4G launching is unduly delayed even though the Union Cabinet given approval for 4G spectrum to BSNL from the Budgetary Support on 23.10.2019. So the vision of BSNL for earning more revenue through launching of 4G Services is further delayed.

AIBSNLEA strongly opposed the undue delay in Restructuring Process and Promotions and continuous looking-after arrangement instead of Regular Promotions to maintain the Services.

AIBSNLEA insisted the BSNL Management for the immediate Compassionate Ground Appointment to the dependent of the employees succumbed to Covid-19. As per the request of AIBSNLEA, the Committee has been formed in Corporate Office for look into the matter of Health Insurance Policy for the willing officials for the recovery of the Premium through Salary. He further explained that the expected New Scheme is in addition to the existing BSNL MRS . AIBSNLEA has taken up the issues of E1+5 increments, E1A to E2, increase of SAB benefit to 30%, timely remittance of SAB recoveries and immediate formation of PRMB Trust

Due to consistent efforts of AIBSNLEA JAO-2015 Batch Gradation/ Seniority list issued by the BSNL CO. He informed that the preparation of JAO-2016 Batch Gradation/ Seniority is at final stage AIBSNLEA also insisted the Management for the early preparation and issuance of AO Seniority list. AIBSNLEA insisted the Management for early issuance of AIEL -3 of JTO(T)s

He assured that AIBSNLEA CHQ is continuously put it best efforts for the release the Promotion orders in all the Streams.

He briefed about the pending Opex, Capex Liabilities, Bank Loan and latest financial condition of BSNL. He also explained about the various letters written by the CHQ to the Secretary (T) DoT for the immediate release of Rs.30,000 Crore towards the Claims Receivable from DoT to BSNL, which includes Rural subsidy, excess payment of Pension Contribution & reimbursement of Leave Encashment, etc., AIBSNLEA CHQ Leaders also met the Member (Finance) and other Senior Officers in DoT and explained about the justified Claims of BSNL and requested for early release of the same so as to meet out the Bank Loans, Capex & Opex etc., But till date  BSNL has not received any support from DoT.

GS explained about the decisions taken in the AUAB meeting held on 21.6.2021, 1.7.2021 and details of discussions meeting held with CMD, Board of Directors and Senior Officers with the AUAB Leaders on 30.6.2021 and 2.7.2021. He requested 100 % participation of all the members in the Agitational Programme organised by AUAB for the revival of BSNL.

He further mentioned that AIBSNLEA is always vociferously raising the issues and genuine grievances of the Executives before the Management  and continuously addressing the issues and assured that AIBSNLEA  always working for the settlement of all the genuine demands of the Executives and continue its Separate Identity. HE congratulated all for the grand success of the Open session and Circle Conference.

Chief Guest of the Open Session Shri Sandeep Govil, CGMT Rajasthan Circle expressed that it privilege to work in Rajasthan. He told that our EBTIDA is positive in 2021 and we entered in Operational Profit. He appealed to enhance the revenue through EB and FTTH. He told that on every BB disconnection we should provide 3 new FTTH connections for earning profit. He informed that Rajasthan Circle has grabbed 875 new Leased Line Circuits from State Govt despite M/s Airtel is  L1 bidder. He hoped that Rajasthan Circle will achieve first position in �Mera Circle Sarvshrestha Circle� Campaign. He informed that Rajasthan Circle is No. 1 in Bharat Air Fibre in whole North Zone and No. 1 in SIM Sales in whole Country in the month of July and August. He appealed all to solve the Promotion/Seniority disputes through mutual discussions and not through Legal recourses.

At last he thanked to all for inviting him in the open session and congratulated for the grand success of the session.

In the After-noon Session, Delegate Session and Organizational Review

was conducted. So many Comrades participated and spoken in the Delegate Session. CHQ Office bearers addressed the Delegate Session.

Com. Bhagwan Singh, AGS (HQ) in his address mentioned that AIBSNLEA is the only association who truly represents the Executives in BSNLL and understand the issues of the executives of all cadres. He also mentioned that AIBSNLEA has Leadership Power to address/resolve the issues of Executive�s cadres of all grades.

Com. Rajpal, AGS (Fin) in his address appreciated the successful functioning of CHQ and continuous presence of Com.GS, AIBSNLEA at Delhi in the Covid-19 pandemic time without any fear and continuously meeting the Top level Officers of DoT and BSNL and writing so many important letters to the Hon�ble Ministers, Management and DoT demanding the settlement of the genuine grievances of all the Executives. He further mentioned AIBSNLEA is the only Association continuously taken up the issue of Claims Receivable from DoT to the tune of Rs.29,500 Cr with the Secretary (T) and Member (F)  for the past 18 months.  He has given valuable suggestions regarding strengthening of AIBSNLEA in Rajasthan  Circle.

Com.Ramnath(Chabbra), FS/CHQ  praised the  pivotal role played by the Com. Sivakumar, GS AIBSNLEA  for uniting  all the BSNL Unions and Associations under the Umbrella of AUAB

Com. Devesh Sharma, OS(N), CHQ explained the  on the ongoing burning issues of Circle/CHQ level  like DPC from JTO to SDE and other cadres, Restructuring in all cadres,  regularization of salary, PRMBT, SAB benefits, E2 Pay Scale/E1+5 increments, non-finalization of  4G tender  etc., He also mentioned that Circle Website must be updated on regular basis w/o fail so that members of AIBSNLEA Raj. Circle will be updated with the current ongoing issues of Circle/CHQ level.

Com. M.K. Morodia, Advisor, CHQ,  in his address narrated the successful functioning of AIBSNLEA in the Rajasthan Circle from 2004 onwards and appreciated the functioning of CHQ  Team in Delhi and assured that we have to strengthen AIBSNLEA in all the Districts of Rajasthan Circle.

Com. Rajesh Pathak Advisor, CHQ appreciated the successful and day to day functioning of Com.GS, AIBSNLEA at Delhi and explained about the issues pursued and settled by the CHQ with the Management

Finally Com.GS addressed the Delegate Session and also clarified the queries raised by the Delegates.

All the Retired Circle/District Office bearers were presented with shawl and Memontos.

At the end of the Circle Conference the elections were held for the new Circle body for the next term. Com. Amit Kumar Vaidya AO, Com Abhishek Jain SDE, and Com. S.D. Arya were unanimously elected as Circle President, Circle Secretary and CWC member respectively for the Next term.

The Circle Conference and Open Session was arranged in an excellent and disciplined manner by the PGMTD Team led by Com.Abhishek Jain, Com.Arya, Com.Anil Chahar Com. Udit Sareen under the able guidance of M.K. Morodia CHQ Advisor and Anil Rawat, Ex.Circle President.

30 -Jun-2021 AUAB leaders of Rajasthan have presented memorandum to the CGM Rajasthan Circle -Funds for May, 2021, salary to be released today.
The AUAB leaders of Rajasthan met the CGM Rajasthan Circle at 4:00 PM today and presented the memorandum. The AUAB leaders severely criticized the Management for not disbursing salary on the due date of every month. The sufferings of the employees, on account of non-payment of salary on the due date, were highlighted before the CGM. All the leaders requested CGM to convey employees of Rajasthan sentiments to BSNL HQ, New Delhi, CGM was very much convinced and said that he will speak with CMD and he said that being a head of Rajasthan he think that when every employee of Rajasthan got salary then only I have right to get it.

25-Jun -2021 Lunch Hour demonstration by AUAB Rajasthan
The AUAB Rajasthan Circle organized powerful Lunch Hour demonstrations throughout the circle today, condemning the BSNL Management for the non-disbursement of May, and 2021 salary till date and also for not disbursing salary on the due date of every month. Executives and Non-Executives responded tremendously to the call of the AUAB and have enthusiastically participated in the lunch hour demonstrations.

02.03.2021: GS met with PGM (Pers.) & Requested for the immediate issuance of Notification for conduct of LDCE under 33% quota as per SDE (T) RR from the Vacancy Year 2011-12 onwards for the promotion in the Grade of JTO (T) to SDE (T) since SDE(T) promotion from JTO(T) under SCF 67% quota is under consideration before the Management

PGM (Pers.) after patient hearing, mentioned that the LDCE issue is under consideration & discussed with the Higher Authorities also and assured that after getting necessary opinion and  clarifications, Notification will be issued for LDCE quota.

AIBSNLEA demanded immediate issuance of Notification for conduction of LICE- 33% quota from Asstt. Manager to Dy. Manager (CSS Cadre)/Private Secretaries of BSNL CO from the Vacancy Year 2015 onwards. GS appraised PGM (Pers.) that the LICE 33% quota  has not been conducted for the Asstt. Manager to Dy. Manager (CSS Cadre)/Private Secretaries of BSNL CO promotion for a quite long time (i.e from 2015 Vacancy Year onwards), whereas SCF 67% quota Promotions are regularly being done up to the vacancy year 2019. Such discrimination and voilation of RR provisions is not acceptable where young & telented eligible executives are deprived from their legitimate rights which has been provided to them through RRs amendments.

AIBSNLEA CHQ office bearers already met the CMD BSNL, all the Directors of BSNL Board and all the Committee Members constituted for finalization of Restructuring and Manpower planning in BSNL and submitted our views and suggestions with detailed justifications regarding Restructuring and Manpower Planning in BSNL.

AIBSNLEA / AIRBSNLEWA activities cannot be imagined without Amit Dada......

AIBSNLEA Rajasthan deeply condole this unfortunate and untimely demise of Shri Amit Gupta and pray the almighty God to give enough strength to the bereaved family to bear this untimely loss and may his soul rest in peace.

AIBSNLEA is actively Participated in all the Agitation calls given by AUAB and regularly attending the meetings to discuss the issues related to the Revival Plan, Financial viability of BSNL, allocation of 4G spectrum to BSNL, Monetization of non-core Land, the issues of revision of Pay, Pension and Payment of pension contribution on actual basis instead of maximum of the pay scale, BSNL MRS etc. To get settled the demands, AUAB launched series of agitation calls including 3 days strike and March to Sanchar Bhawan etc., in all the Agitation Calls AIBSNLEA was in fore-front and actively participated and succeeded by getting Revival Plan Approved by the Union Cabinet on 23.10.2019 with a) 4G spectrum and 18% GST free of cost, b) No financial implication for BSNL on VRS, c) Land monetization for loan repayment and development, d) Rs 8,500 Crore Sovereign Guarantee Bond for Restructuring of loan, e) Contentious issues like E2 & E3 Pay Scale will be settled before BSNL & MTNL Merger.

AIBSNLEA deeply involved at all levels in finding out ways and means for all out growth and maximization of Revenue of BSNL which gives us our daily bread and butter.

Fights cann't be won by mischievous/malicious/fake propaganda on WhatsApp etc., without doing any ground work. AIBSNLEA always believes that actions speak louder than the words.

AIBSNLEA believes that there is never just one thing that leads to success for anyone, feel it always a combination of passion, dedication, hard work, and being in the right place at the right time and AIBSNLEA success is known to everyone.

Despite the several negative forces running every nuke and corner to derail the resolution of issues and doing all sort of propaganda to just achieve their sinister motives, AIBSNLEA strongly believes that the "Actual fighting/action at Ground level"� is the only solution to this leg pulling approach by some overzealous/vested interest mongers/groups.

The roots of AIBSNLEA are nourished by the water of different rivers like Associations of all the Streams. This is the real strength of AIBSNLEA and it has no need to be proved before anyone.

12.08.2020: The All UNIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS OF BSNL calls upon the BSNL Executives and Non-Executives to organise Lunch hour protest demonstration tomorrow the 13-08-2020, to condemn Shri Anant Kumar Hedge, MP, for his maligning and derogatory statement against BSNL employees.

The AUAB also calls upon the employees to organise a Twitter Campaign, between 11:00 hrs and 13 :00 hrs tomorrow, on this matter.

In exercising the Powers conferred upon by the AIBSNLEA Constitution, an Adhoc Distt. Body of AIBSNLEA, CO Branch Jaipur has been formed on consequent upon the inability in discharging of duties as DS by Shri Sanjay Kumar Sharma due to his personal exigencies.

Shri Rohit Jain, JTO; Shri Harish Saini, AD and Shri R C Yadav, JAO have been  nominated as District President, District Secretary and District Financial Secretary respectively.

08.08.2020: District Conference of Jaipur TD Branch Held on 08.08.2020: 

District Conference of Jaipur-TD Branch held on 8th August, 2020, at Federation Hall, PGMTD Office Campus, M.I.Road, Jaipur in descent manner. the Conference was attended and addressed by Shri M.K.Morodia, Circle Secy.; Shri Anil Rawat, Circle president and other leaders of AIBSNLEA. Shri S.S.Agarwal, GM(Admin.) Jaipur TD was the chief guest.

Election of set of office bearers were also held on the occasion of Branch conference. Shri Udit Sareen, CAO; Shri Abhishek Jain, SDE and Shri Kana Ram Sharma, AO were elected as District President, District Secretary and District Financial Secretary respectively.
