All India conference will be held at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh on 14th, 15th and 16th July, 2019

AIBSNLEA notified its 6th All India Conference to be held at Tummalapalli Kshethrayya Vari Kalashetram, Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) on 14th, 15th and 16th July, 2019. The Pre-AIC CWC meeting will be held on 13th July, 2019 at the same venue. The boarding and lodging arrangements will be available for CHQ Office Bearers, Circle Secretaries / Circle Presidents & CWC Members will be from 12th July, 2019 to 17th July, 2019. The boarding and lodging arrangements for the delegates will be available from  13th July, 2019 to 17th July, 2019.

• All the Branch Secretaries may take necessary actions for early election of the Delegates for participation in the AIC as per the provision laid down in the constitution of AIBSNLEA vide para 3.A.I(a)  (i.e. one Delegates per 30 paid members or part there of being not less than 20 subject to the minimum of two per Branch shall be elected by the branches).

• Delegation fee has been kept Rs. 1800/- per delegate. Delegation fee, Fare & other expenditure during journey will be borne by the Branch.

• All Branches must deposit Rs.200/- per member as contribution towards Legal Fund.

• To avoid any inconvenience all the participants may pl. get their Air/Railway tickets booked well in advance at an earliest as per the schedule mentioned  in the notification of the CHQ.

• Branch Secretary Report Performa has been e-mailed to all Br.Secys. This must be returned to CS after filling up the required information. Any resolution passed by the Branch should also be sent to CS for further submission at AIC Vijayawada.

• Minimum Advertisement collection as fixed by Circle Body shall be collected by Big Branches and rest Branches should collect at least Rs. 7000/- Advertisement.
