6th Rajasthan CIRCLE conference will be held at Jodhpur on 8th to 9th July 2017

AIBSNLEA Rajasthan has notified it's 6th Circle Conference to be held at "Mootha Ji Ka Mandir", Nagori Gate, Jodhpur on 8th, and 9th July, 2017. The Pre-CC CEC meeting will be held on 7th July, 2017, 18:00 hrs, at the same venue. The boarding and lodging arrangements will be available for participants w.e.f. 07.07.2017, 5:00 pm to 10.07.2017 9:00 am at the Venue.

• All the District Secretaries may take necessary actions for early election of the Delegates for participation in the Circle Conference as per the provision laid down in the constitution of AIBSNLEA vide para 3.B.I(b) (i.e. one Delegates per 20 paid members or part there of being not less than 10 subject to the minimum of one per Branch shall be elected by the branches)

• All Branches must clear their CHQ/Circle quota up to date and deposit Rs.200/- per member as contribution towards Legal Fund. Delegation fee has been kept Rs. 1000/- per delegate. Delegation fee, Fare & other expenditure during journey will be borne by the Branch.

• To avoid any inconvenience all the participants may pl. got their railway tickets booked well in advance at an earliest as per the schedule mentioned  in the notification.
